What the Org Buyer
Actually Needs

Individual fleet members are buying peace of mind for themselves. When you sign up as an organization, you are buying a benefit you can hand to your people. That is a different purchase — and every Group Fleet feature is built around it.

01
Something easy to explain and distribute
Your members should be able to understand the benefit in one sentence and sign up without asking you for help. We give you the materials to make that happen.
02
A trackable mechanism
Leadership wants proof it is working. Quarterly org reports give you the numbers to show member activation, usage, and engagement — without tracking it yourself.
03
A reason to act now vs. later
Group Fleet founding rates are locked at launch pricing. When rates go up as the program matures, existing orgs keep their rate. Every day you wait is a day of member value you are not delivering.
04
Minimal admin overhead
One onboarding call. One QR code per org. One quarterly email from us. You do not manage the program — you distribute it. The admin burden stays where it belongs.
What Your People Get

Everything in Individual Fleet,
Plus the Org Layer on Top

Group Fleet is not a stripped-down version. Every member gets the full program. The org tier adds infrastructure that makes the benefit work at scale.

Foundation — Every Member Gets
Full Fleet Program
  • Vehicle health app — repair decision tool, shop navigation, cost tracking
  • Newsletter — practical vehicle ownership topics, twice monthly
  • Advisory discounts — fleet pricing on all three consultation tiers
  • Shop discount network — vetted local partners, member-only rates
  • Discord community — direct access, peer support, real-time Q&A
  • Priority advisory booking — reserved slots ahead of general public
Org Layer — Group Tier and Above
Org-Level Features
  • Dedicated onboarding call — 30 min with your admin lead. Talking points, rollout guide, Q&A before you distribute anything.
  • Org-specific QR code — links to a signup page branded with your org name. Tracks signups by source so you can report back.
  • Printable benefit card — wallet-size or half-sheet. Ready for check-in tables, bulletin inserts, onboarding packets.
  • Quarterly org report — (Org tier and above) one-page usage summary: active members, top questions, resources used. Renewals justify themselves.
  • Annual Car Talk workshop — (Org tier and above) live or virtual session, 20–30 min on a seasonal topic. The anchor event that keeps MED visible year-round.
  • Dedicated advisory contact — (Enterprise only) direct line for complex member situations.

Process

How Group Enrollment Works

01
Contact

Email us with your org name, estimated member count, and tier interest. We confirm fit, discuss the right tier, and set up your account within 48 hours.

02
Onboarding Call

30-minute call with you and whoever will coordinate the rollout. You leave with talking points, distribution materials, your org QR code, and a clear plan for how to introduce MED to your group.

03
Distribute

Hand out the benefit cards, post the QR code, announce it in your bulletin or onboarding packet. Members sign up on their own — you do not manage signups.

04
Track & Renew

Quarterly reports (Org tier and above) show you member activity and engagement. Renewals are simple — your rate is locked and your member list carries over.

Admin overhead stays minimal throughout

Organizations That Fit

Any organization with members who drive — which is most of them. These are the org types where Group Fleet works best.

Churches & Faith Communities

Congregation members deal with vehicle decisions constantly. A church benefit program that actually helps — not a discount card, not coupons — is something pastors and admins can stand behind. Works for Sunday bulletin distribution, newcomer welcome packets, and community nights.

Employers & HR Teams

Vehicle reliability directly affects work attendance and financial stress. HR teams looking for employee benefits that have practical, year-round utility find Group Fleet easy to explain and straightforward to roll out during open enrollment or onboarding.

Community & Civic Groups

HOAs, civic organizations, alumni groups, and community programs. Any group that wants to offer tangible member value and can distribute materials digitally or physically through an existing touchpoint.

Schools & Parent Networks

PTAs, booster clubs, and school foundations. Parents with student drivers, new license holders, and first vehicles are the exact situation where vehicle guidance has the highest value and the lowest existing support.

Credit Unions & Financial Orgs

Members who take out auto loans are already engaged around vehicle ownership. A complementary vehicle guidance benefit adds practical value to the membership without competing with core financial products.

Not Sure If You Fit?

If your members drive vehicles and you want to offer something genuinely useful, reach out. The bar for fit is simple: can you hand this to your people and will they use it? If yes, we can make it work.

Frequently Asked

Do members need to do anything to get set up?

Members sign up through your org's QR code or link. That's it. It takes under two minutes and they receive access and their welcome email automatically. You do not manage individual accounts — we do. Your job is distribution, not administration.

What if we have fewer than 10 members who sign up?

Group pricing activates at 10 members. If you are short, you have two options: pay for 10 seats (simplest, and the org pays the difference) or extend your distribution push before activating. We will work with you on timing — you are not locked in until your minimum is met.

What does the quarterly report look like?

It is a short email — not a PDF document. Active member count, most common question types, top resources used. Enough for you to report to leadership that the benefit is being used, without needing to dig into anything yourself. Org tier and above only.

What is the Annual Car Talk workshop?

A 20–30 minute session — in person or virtual — on a seasonal vehicle topic. Examples: winterizing, check engine light protocol, how to read a repair quote. Included in the Org tier annually. It gives your group something to promote internally and keeps the benefit visible year-round, not just at signup.

Can we start with a smaller number and grow?

Yes. Start at Group (10 members), expand to Org when you cross 50, Enterprise at 200. Your tier and rate update as you grow. You never get locked into a tier that no longer fits your size. Founding rates stay locked even as you move up tiers.

We are a church. How does this work practically?

It works best as a simple announcement from the pulpit or in the weekly bulletin: "MED is a vehicle guidance benefit we have set up for the congregation. Scan the QR code to join." The benefit card lives at the welcome table or in the pew insert. No follow-up required — members who are interested self-select and sign up. See our outreach materials for ready-made copy.
